Preparing teams for a future of innovation & change

Talk Description:
Preparing teams for a future of innovation and change has never been harder. People on teams in every industry are overwhelmed and exhausted by a firehose of change. Leaders and their teams often struggle to align and make decisions quickly. Everyone is anxious about the speed at which AI and other technology is changing the way we work!

Dan Chuparkoff is a technology leader with 30 years of experience running some of the biggest, smartest, most tech-forward teams in the world (Google, McKinsey, and Atlassian). He built products and services for billions of customers – billions, with a ‘b’. And along the way he’s discovered this:

Most teams know that the world is changing,
but they don’t know how to learn, try, and implement new things at the same speed.

Dan helps teams to fix this problem. He reinvents the way teams work. He invites people to unlock the curious and optimistic parts of themselves, so they get excited about reinvention. Dan helps teams to collaborate at the speed of light. Dan inspires organizations to harness the power of technology to find success and growth that was previously unimaginable.

Dan makes work, work better.

-Pete Terryn, Director of Operations, NuWave
  • Most teams take the way they work for granted. Monday after Monday, teams trudge through the workday, meeting after meeting, email after email. Teams try to work the way they always have. But the world around us has changed. Dan shows teams how to challenge the status quo.

  • Dan has actually done the things he suggests. He makes bold moves that transform teams; big and small. But he has a way of driving change in incremental, experiment-driven ways that any team can try – changes that every team SHOULD try!

  • After Dan’s talk, everyone, from the executives to the interns, understands change and how to work in new ways. Audiences leave this talk seeing the urgency for reinvention and excited by the incredible potential that lies in the future ahead!

Thank you!
