I’m Dan. I’ve been a leader and an intrapreneur on teams like Google & McKinsey for 30 years. Today, I help teams to adapt & innovate to create more impact in a world that’s changing faster than ever. In the last three decades, the world saw a lot of change. My teams didn’t just survive, we used that change to create incredible, competitive advantages.

So I built a toolkit for driving innovation and impact on organizations of all shapes and sizes – a practical, tactical list of real things to do.

Last year, I quit Google so I could broaden my reach to help all of the world’s teams to prepare for a future of exponential innovation with my keynote: Unlock the Power of Innovation.

Driving change from the inside of organizations is getting harder every day! It’s not enough to have great ideas. Our leaders and stakeholders are already overwhelmed by a firehose of ideas and perpetually concerned about resources and risk. Now, add the disruption+uncertainty that A.I. brings to that equation, and there’s a good chance that the great ideas of the next two years are going to be blocked by endless debate. Dan Chuparkoff is a leader with 30 years of experience running teams at Google, McKinsey, & Atlassian.
